1. Use a special bracket to vertically fix the mixing valve on the wall. It must be firm. The upstream of the valve is connected with a 1-inch ball valve and two 80 mesh filters. Before installation, the upstream pipeline must be flushed clean, and the four unions and the mixing valve body must be connected easily and freely.
2. When the bathroom is large in scale and multiple mixing valves are required to be used in association, each mixing valve should form its own system (each connected to each sprinkler), and not mixed on one outlet pipe.
3. The hot and cold water input ports must not be connected in reverse.
4. After the water mixing valve is fixed and installed, install the disc thermometer before testing the water. The thermometer should be inserted to the end and fixed.
5. When setting the water temperature, be sure to keep the mixing valve in a circulating state (open the hot and cold water valve in the front and the spray head in the back).
6. The hot and cold water should be input at the same time during debugging and use. Only one input will have no output, or there will be very little output.
7. The low water output caused by insufficient water pressure (one or two) can be solved by pressurizing measures (installing a pressurized water pump, raising the water tank, etc.). After using for a period of time, if the water volume decreases, the filter should be opened to check and clean.
